Staff was friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning in our room was terribly loud. The cleanliness of our blankets was concerning as they showed noticeable stains. Lastly, the hotel's location was rather tucked away, requiring longer walks to nearby restaurants and shops than expected.

liked our 5 nights here. the staff that checked us in was affable. the double room we were allocated in was comfy. the hotel had a central setting in the middle of the city. further, it was short walk to osaka.

My room included central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. It was with a bidet.

I loved how the hotel felt brand new with its clean and spacious room! The separate toilet and bathroom design was great, providing privacy and convenience for two adults. Plus, the addition of a coin laundry service with auto detergent was a lifesaver for our stay!

The staff offered really good service. They assisted me in English, which eased my concerns. The room felt spacious for a Twin Room, comfortably accommodating two. I loved the proximity to a variety of restaurants and the main shopping streets of Juso. The area maintained a nice balance between vibrant activity and a calm atmosphere. Cleanliness was on point with the spaces kept tidy. The hotel is a bit far from major attractions. A 40-minute train ride to the castle and around 20 minutes to Dotonbori required careful planning. The bed could be uncomfortable for anyone over 6 feet tall. Electric kettle and tv in the room added convenience, but expect a bit of a trek if your primary destinations are in the city center.

The staff was friendly can provide additional tips. The favourable location close to a railroad station was just what I needed.

Great two-night stay. Convenient location right in the city, close to many attractions. Loved being just a stone's throw away from Torre dei Gualandi Tower! 🏙️.
