The air conditioning in our room was terribly loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably in the heat. Additionally, the cleanliness of our blankets was concerning as they showed noticeable stains. Lastly, the hotel’s location was rather tucked away, requiring longer walks to nearby restaurants and shops than expected.

The staff offered exceptional service from the moment of arrival. They assisted me in English, which eased my concerns. The room felt spacious for a Twin Room, comfortably accommodating two. I loved the proximity to a variety of restaurants and the main shopping streets of Juso. The area maintained a nice balance between vibrant activity and a calm atmosphere. Cleanliness was on point with the spaces kept tidy. However, the hotel is a bit far from major attractions. A 40-minute train ride to the castle and around 20 minutes to Dotonbori required careful planning. The bed could be uncomfortable for anyone over 6 feet tall. Electric kettle and flat-screen TV in the room added convenience, but expect a bit of a trek if your primary destinations are in the city center.
